* Get rid of the prompting when there's only one disc that matches

* More gracefully handle CD's that aren't in the database (see discids
  below)

* Handle multiple responses from CDDB (see discids below)

* Add more options to limit disk space usage - I see three choices here:
  1. Use as much disk space as necessary to finish ripping the CD as soon as
     possible (this is cdgrab's current behavior)
  2. Use as little disk space as possible at the expense of not parallelizing
     anything (this is what cdgrab << 0.7 does)
  3. A middle ground that pauses ripping every so often to let the
     encoding catch up to it (I'd like this to be a future default).
  Option #2 will have to be re-implemented. Option #3 will need some work.
