[abcde] Abcde 1.1.1 released

Abcde 1.1.1 is released:

* The "That wasn't chicken" release.
* Remote distributed encoding had a bad bug in 1.1 - work to be done
  remotely was duplicated locally (everything still turned out ok - there
  was just no speedup). Fixed that.
* Restructured encode_and_tag function.

Also, there is still a minor buglet in the remote distributed encoding -
abcde handles distmp3 sessions in the background and appears to exit before
everything is finished.

Not a big deal but worth knowing about.
