Just a warning:

I forgot to mention a few other quirks that relate to the way I like
to do things. Namely, when creating a playlist I only use the Disc
Artist to create the playlist name, but only the Track Artist for all
the file names. Hence, in the do_playlist, ARTISTFILE is the
mungefilename of DARTIST at first, but then for each track it's the
mungefilename of TRACKARTIST (which gets set to the DARTIST for
non-multi-artist cd's).

This will affect people who do things differently, as their
OUTPUTFORMATs might not give them what they expect when using
multi-artist CDs. A way around this would be to add TRACKARTISTFILE as
an argument to OUTPUTFORMAT. But again, I'm lazy and this works for
me.
