Hello, another minor touchup release - I'll probably keep doing these until
people stop sending me things that need touching up :)

abcde 1.9.4

* The "Run With Scissors" Release
* Various Artists support by Kevin Everets
* Specifying track numbers on the command line should work again, bash was
  getting a wee bit confuzzled with the way I had things before.
* A couple more error output changes and miscellaneous fixes
* OUTPUTDIR works again

The Various Artists stuff is exactly as Kevin sent it to me - I plan to add
some heuristics to the works before calling it good.
