[abcde] Various Artists fields / heuristics

I've been mucking around with the Various Artists stuff in 1.9.4. It
seems to me that we need to add another few variables to OUTPUTFORMAT.
For example, my output format is:
'${ARTISTFILE}/${ALBUMFILE}/${TRACKNUM} - ${TRACKFILE}.${OUTPUTTYPE}'

Instead of putting everything in my Various Artists directory (the
disc's artist -- it puts each file in a directory for the artist of the
specific track.

What I'd really like is to have separate TARTISTFILE and DARTISTFILE
variables for the track and disc, respectively. Also, it would be a
great feature to be able to define two output formats: one for
single-artist discs, one for multi-artists discs. Sorry I don't just go
ahead and do this myself, but my scripting is extremely weak. I may give
it a shot though if no one else takes it on.
