Should be able to use alternate abcde.conf file

WIBNI you could specify an abcde.conf file at the command line?  It looks
like this would just involve adding a line to the getopts loop at the
end of the file that looks sort of like

	c) . $OPTARG ;;

to source whatever file was named after the '-c' option.
