[abcde] resuming after encoding + ogg commenting

I suppose I should have noticed this sooner...

If you do 'abcde -a encode' and then fill in the CDDB data later so you can
generate the playlist and rename the files, none of the files will have
useful Ogg comments.

This is because currently with Oggs, commenting is part of the encoding
step. This will have to be the case until a command-line standalone ogg
commenter makes it onto the scene.

There's some rumblings about this on the vorbis list and Rik Hemsley
<rik@kde.org> is whipping something up that's Qt based
(http://www.geoid.clara.net/rik/vte.html) so hopefully the wait for a
command-line equivalent will be over soon.
