[abcde] Bug#88048: cddb-tool should use cache in /var/lib/cddb

Hi.

I agree that using the cache would be good.  The main "problem" is
that cddb-tool is a shell script, and I don't know how sensible is to
extend it beyond a very few lines of code.

Maybe it would be better to write a perl script using libfreedb-perl -
it should be quite easy and the Perl modules takes care of cache and
similar things.  Please note that I'm not volunteering; if I have time
I might do it, but it could be better to talk about this with the
upstream maintainer.
