[abcde] Bug#93485: abcde does Bad Things if move fails.93485@bugs.debian.org

When attempting to move the generated files to their final destinations, abcde
will silently ignore mv having failed. In my opinion, it should check for this,
and drop the generated files somewhere safe (e.g., /tmp) or gracefully abort if
this happens.
