[abcde] I've closed the list to non-subscribers

This list was intended to be a low-volume discussion and announce list about
abcde, not another spambox.

Since that's what it's become, I've restricted posting to the list to
non-subscribers. Mail sent from non-subscribers will be moderated by me -
if it has anything to do with abcde, it will be accepted.

Please let me know if this causes anyone any grief.
