Ok, I give, why isn't it in testing?

     * abcde 1.9.9-1 (new) (optional) (low)
          + Maintainer: Robert Woodcock <abcde@whimsica.lly.org>
          + abcde uploaded 90 days ago, out of date by 80 days!
          + valid candidate (will be installed unless it's dependent upon other buggy pkgs)

vorbis-tools is in testing and available on everything except m68k...
wget is in testing's Packages files but is only in stable/unstable according to madison on auric...
cd-discid, cdparanoia, and cdda2wav are in testing...
