[abcde] Bug#100866: User should be able to select tag information

Hi,

please give the user the oppurtunity to decide which information
(author, titel, album, etc.) he wants to include into the encoded files.
And also add the possibility to add this information via oggenc directly
instead of explicitly invoking vorbiscomment.
