I'll apply these patches, but not to 1.9.x/2.0.x. I've been promising
2.0 to people Real Soon Now(tm) for a few months...
Thanks for your contribution. I really hate to put you off like this, I hope
you understand. Once I create a 2.1.x tree it will be included.
