[abcde] Bug#126289: abcde: Track submission interface issues

The "do you want to submit this CDDB data" prompt has a number of
issues:

 - The default no option doesn't work - 'y' or 'n' must be explicitly
   entered.
 - Other prompts enumerate options in the form "[y/n] (n)" rather than
   the "[y|N]" format used by this prompt.
 - The prompt is issued unconditionally, even if the downloaded data has
   not been edited.
