[abcde] Bug#137548: abcde should try to close CD drawer

OK, so I'm very lazy. :-)

But it would be neat if abcde tried to close the CD drawer before
reading from it.  You can do this with 

  eject -t 

though perhaps you ought to check for the presence of 'eject' first.
This would pair nicely with the presence of the -x option.
