[abcde] Abcde maintainership

I've decided to step down as abcde developer. To be honest it's been a year
since I've had the motivation to work on it, mostly because abcde already
does everything I've personally needed it to do, and my own CD archive is
entirely encoded already. :)

Jesus Climent <jesus.climent@hispalinux.es> will be taking my place. He's
hacked on abcde before.

I plan to forward to him any outstanding bug reports and patches that people
have sent directly to me. Expect the web page and mailing list to move
as well.
