[abcde] Bug#100842: Seems to ignore .abcde.conf or variable OUTPUTFORMAT

Hi,

I added the following line to my .abcde.conf:

OUTPUTFORMAT="${ARTISTFILE}/${ALBUMFILE}/${TRACKFILE}.${OUTPUTTYPE}"

then I ran script and sh -x on abcde and a grep OUTPUTFORMAT on
typescript, shows this:

|[seteuid:~]-176> grep OUTPUTFORMAT typescript                               
|+ OUTPUTFORMAT=${ARTISTFILE}/${TRACKFILE}.$OUTPUTTYPE
|+ VAOUTPUTFORMAT=${ARTISTFILE}/${TRACKFILE}.$OUTPUTTYPE
|+ OUTPUTFORMAT=//.ogg

So it seems like abcde is completely ignoring either my setting
.abcde.conf or ignoring this variable.
