[abcde] Bug#100844: Documentation about giving options to encoder missing

Hi,

I would like to give the trackname and the artist_name directly to the
encoder (in my case oggenc), but found no documentation. Please document
if $ARTIST, $TRACKNAME or any other variable can be used in the
OGGENC_OPTIONS. Thanks.
