[abcde] Bug#112692: abcde cannot cope with non audio tracks

below is the relevent section of the output for a cd rip that hung,
twice. The cd was a three track bonus cd with two songs and one video
after them. The songs copied correctly but I had to remove the cd and
put it back in before the ripping process ended and it also hung after
completing the encoding.
