[abcde] What must I do to get abcde to submit new FreeDB records?

I'm starting over on reading in all of my CD's. I'm having to re-enter all
of the ones that no FreeDB record was found for yesterday. I have:

NOSUBMIT=n (is this a double negative :-)

in /etc/abcde.conf, but evidentaly the records are not geting submited.

What else do I need to do to amke this happen?
