1. Read http://www.freedb.org/src/latest/DBFORMAT (you'll have to make sure
that your entry is formatted correctly since I haven't written any sanity
checking code for this yet).

2. Uncomment lines 796-817 in do_cddbedit (for v2.0 anyway)
