[abcde] Jot-patch for abcde-2.0.3

HI!

As I mentioned earlier, FreeBSD uses jot instead of seq for creating sequentail (and random for that matter) data. Here's the diff file for abcde-2.0.3 to allow it to be run using jot instead of seq.

Before I start rebuilding my mp3 archieve seriously, I'd like to make sure that this time it's really `perfect'. By this I mean well-organized and `cd-quality' (at least for my ears on any hifi I might afford within the next 10-15 years).

As for quality, I've looked at www.r3mix.com and come to the conclusion that their recomendation pretty much suits my needs, with bitrates averaging around 192 kbit/s. For most music, I can't tell the difference between a 128 kbit mp3 (using lame 3.91 with the -d0 option) and the original wav.

As for organization, this one's pretty important, and I'd like to suggest it as a futere feature to abcde... It shouldn't take much modification to the main script to add a function which inserts the data pulled from freedb into a mysql database to make searching your mp3 collection easier.

Then, another sweet feature would be if you every now and then could run an update script which re-checked the freedb database and updated your mp3 file names and id3 tags to reflect possible changes.

Regards!
