[abcde] Bug#127643: mungefilename: missing " character

As stated in the subject, mungefilename doesn't seem to do anything with the "
character.  This character, as you might imagine, borks things up when you have
track titles like "s"peEd or an artist name like Nakaido "Chabo" Reichi.
