[abcde] Bug#127728: abcde: -C doesn't work if WAVOUTPUTDIR != $CWD

If $WAVOUTPUTDIR is different than the current directory, abcde -C fails
because it looks for abcde.$DISCID/discid from the current directory (and so it
tries to rip/etc. from scratch instead of resuming the session like it should).
